Every bedroom is equipped with smart TVs and 65”4K TV in the living room. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock so there are no keys to keep up with. A front gate remote will be provided as well. Other things to note -Additional gated parking spaces available upon availability, off-street parking available. -Quiet hours start at 10pm. We do not allow loud noise/music, parties in our house. -There are 2 security cameras in the perimeter, there are no cameras inside the house. -No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana or drugs in the house. -No parking on the driveway.
