This is a warm and welcoming home with lots of thoughtful finishes. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open plan and offer sea views. There is also a cosy open fire to snuggle up in front of on those cooler evenings. There are three bedrooms. The master double bedroom is set at the front of the house and offers wonderful seaviews. It has an ensuite bathroom with electric shower.  The second bedroom is a double bedroom and it is also ensuite with a shower. The twin bedroom has access to the main bathroom in the house which has a bath (with no shower attachment).  The house has its own fully fenced garden area. There is plenty of parking. The closest sandy beach is approximately a 45 minute drive away however there is a little beach type shingle cove within a 5 minute stroll of the house and there are many others close by. There is an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs within a 15 minute drive in the town of Kenmare however the Lakehouse Bar (which also serves food) is within walking distance.
