Guests may purchase amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club separately. The reverse floor plan offers abundant natural light and ocean peaks from the upper deck off the living room. When you enter the living area you are greeted by beautiful, oak wood flooring, custom cabinets with games and books for guest enjoyment, and a huge TV with a SONOS sound bar. The kitchen was completely opened creating a much more inviting space for family gatherings. It features tiled countertops with stainless steel trim, custom fixtures and lighting, a wine refrigerator, butcher block island, and custom white cabinetry with stainless hardware. A powder room with penny tiled flooring is conveniently located off the living room. 2248 Rolling Dunes comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The primary suite is off the upstairs living area and is warmly appointed with a king bed, wall mounted TV and slight ocean peaks from the large picture window. The ensuite bathroom is updated with a subway tiled walk-in glass shower, river rock basin, modern grey ceramic tiled floors, wainscoting, stainless steel countertops and a sleek, modern feel. The additional guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom two offers two twin beds and a full private bath with tub/shower, bedroom 3 is a king bedroom on the ocean side with a private bathroom and access to the screened porch and bedroom 4 features two trundle beds. On the first floor there is an extra-large screened porch with lots of seating to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes, twice the size of all the others in North Beach. There is also an additional open sun deck upstairs off the living area and a gas grill and an outdoor shower under the house for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
