Other things to note Important Information The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) requires all guests to wear wristbands at all times while on the property. These wristbands are issued by the HOA, and they charge a mandatory, one‑time fee of $12 per guest, which is already included in your reservation as a resort fee. This fee is set exclusively by the HOA and does not benefit the host. Because the HOA charges per registered guest, it’s essential that the number of guests in your reservation is accurate and up to date. This ensures the correct wristbands can be issued and prevents any delays or issues at check‑in. I am required to submit a guest registration form to the HOA at least 48 hours before your arrival, so I will need some additional information from each guest. If the number of guests listed in your reservation does not match the information provided, you will be asked to update the reservation to align with the HOA’s requirements.
