Any exception requires prior authorization from the Aquatika Administration. Authorized visitors must be formally registered through the administration office, complete the required registration form, and pay the applicable wristband fee. Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines imposed by the Aquatika Administration and/or Homeowners Association, and unauthorized visitors may be denied entry or required to leave the premises. Other things to note Important Information The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) requires all guests to wear wristbands at all times while on the property. These wristbands are issued by the HOA, and they charge a mandatory, one‑time fee, which is already included in your reservation as a resort fee. This fee is set exclusively by the HOA and does not benefit the host. I am required to submit a guest registration form to the HOA at least 48 hours before your arrival, so I will need some additional information from each guest. If the number of guests listed in your reservation does not match the information provided, you will be asked to update the reservation to align with the HOA’s requirements.
