Welcome to The Dancing Pelican Beach House! This gorgeous home is in a quiet, safe, family-friendly community in Inlet Beach. You will love taking the free golf cart to our free public beach (5 minutes away). Drive 5 minutes to scenic 30A and enjoy Rosemary Beach, Alys, Seacrest & more. Walk to the community pool, Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Includes beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, coffee maker, washer/dryer, WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, linens, towels and much more! Our house sleeps up to 12 people comfortably when children are included. Our house is NOT meant for 12 adults. Please look carefully at the sleeping arrangements to make sure you will be comfortable. Golf Cart is complimentary. Refunds are not offered if for reasons beyond our control the golf cart is not working properly at any time. Golf cart must be driven by an adult age 25 or older with a valid U.S. driver's license - only 6 passengers at a time and everyone must be buckled. You will be required to sign a waiver and provide a copy of your driver’s license and insurance. Renter must be over 25. We do not have a backyard. We have a small side yard, front porch and a 2nd floor balcony - all with seating. We will explain how to get to the beach on the golf cart. We are always available to help make sure you have a wonderful stay. Inlet Beach, which shares a border with Camp Helen State Park, is a true beach lover’s paradise. New restaurants and high-end shopping bring a new energy to this carefree beach neighborhood. Our community is quiet and family friendly. We do not allow parties, loud music or smoking. Our home is meant for people looking for a quiet, relaxing beach getaway. Free public beach access is a 5 minute golf cart ride away. The pool is a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Take your car or rent bikes to visit the other adorable beach towns long 30A- including Rosemary and Seaside. Rent kayaks/SUPs at Camp Helen State Park. No parties, no loud music, no smoking. Please do not leave beach gear, towels or garbage outside. You are responsible for any damages to the golf cart or the house. You will be fined if these rules are broken. This is not a party house.
