Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.  Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens. Parking Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.   The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking.  In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse. "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Ocean View Beach Club Community.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email. Cleaning Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter. Outdoor Monitoring The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes. COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products.
