New updates include a beautiful fully equipped new kitchen, a remodeled first floor bathroom, new flooring throughout the first floor, and a brand-new Great Room addition, adding over 300 square feet of additional living space. The space You will love the vaulted ceilings and the breezy new space for relaxing and enjoying this comfortable and tranquil cottage. Outside, there is a new spacious backyard patio for relaxing and grilling in your private yard. At over 1200 sq feet, this cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa to provide spacious comfort for up to six guests. BED ARRANGEMENTS This cottage sleeps 6 guests Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Queen Living space - Sleeper sofa THE LOCATION Goshorn Lake Resort is only two miles from Downtown Saugatuck, a very short drive or bike ride away or a 5-10 minute drive to Oval Beach. It is just down the road from the Dune Rides which is a must do while visiting. The resort itself is built along Goshorn Lake. The lake is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The resort offers a private sandy beach built for building sand castles or laying out in the sun. The lake is clear and refreshing after a long summer day. The resort also shares a pool, volleyball court, basketball hoops, horseshoes, and a jungle gym. What more could you need? ​​​​​​​Goshorn Lake #18 is a standalone home within Goshorn Lake Resort. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we manage five other cottages in this same resort. The homes are intended to be rented separately, but can easily be booked together for group getaways.
