If you're looking for a large space to have a family vacation or reunion, this is it. This beautiful waterfront home is located on a tidal creek and boasts over 3,000 sq ft of living space. All amenities - central air, all kitchen appliances & washer/dryer, and so much more! The formal dining room is great for large gatherings. Beautiful back deck area with private pool for your enjoyment. Island Estate is a PET FRIENDLY home. Please Note: Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through end of season/last renter (weather permitting). Guest access Door access code will be emailed prior to your arrival, as well as texted to the phone number on file on the day of your arrival. Other things to note - Linens and towels are included with your reservation. - No smoking is permitted on the premises. - This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
