Bring the whole family to this safe,quiet neighborhood Lots of room! Lake Flanagan is within walking distance for fishing and kayaking, walking and running. This property is less than 2 miles from Target, Walmart, Aldi, and multiple restaurants, bars, and gyms. Quick access to Village point shopping mall. Multiple playgrounds are within 1 mile. Only 25 minutes to downtown (CWS, Zoo etc) The space This home has so many amenities! Newer construction and an open concept on the main floor. Dinning and casual seating to accommodate all 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms all on the upstairs level with 2 full baths. 1 half bath on the main level. The house is packed with games and even an outdoor basketball hoop. If you have younger children and need a Pack N Play, booster seat, high chair, books, toys, baby gates etc, just let us know!! We can provide these with no additional charges. Bedroom #3 has girl and boy bunks. All bedrooms come with TV 's 5 totally TV's with Roku or Firestick ~There is an outside patio with comfortable seating and a dining table. Patio furniture not available winter months (November- March). Gas Weber Grill with grilling utensils. Large unfenced back yard for kids to play. This property has all the comforts of home. Extra blankets,pillows, crock pot, air fryer, and blender. Midwest Vacay stays homes come fully loaded. Guest access Since this is our personal residence, a very small amount of drawers and linen closets are locked off. The master closet is not available but there is a hanging rack and a large dresser for clothing. There is not access to the garage or unfinished basement. We will not be near the property during your stay, unless you would call for assistance. Other things to note House Rules and things we can provide for children We have child plates, cups, utensils. At request, we can provide pack n play, stroller, high chair, booster seat, baby gates, etc. We can also provide outdoor play equipment such as soccer ball, basketball, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, sprinkler, baby pool, butterfly net, etc. just let us know! We can also provide a cooler at your request. Booking Requirements and recommendations • Guest booking must be 27 years old and provide a government-issued photo ID via email, app or text after booking. * Travel insurance is strongly recommended in the case you would need to cancel your reservation for emergency, illness or travel issues with flights outside of the cancellation window. General House Rules • No parties, smoking, drug use, or vaping inside the home. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. • Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. • The booking guest must stay at the property and is responsible for all guests. • No unauthorized entry into locked drawers, cabinets, basement or garage —this will end your stay immediately. Respect the Space • No glitter, hair dye, tanning products, or food dyes. • No frying foods inside or preparing dishes such as curry or dishes that leave lingering odors for next guests. • No holes or tape on walls. • Furniture must be returned to its original place before checkout. • No Candles (fire hazard). • No standing or jumping on furniture. • Top bunks have a 150 lb weight limit. • Please don’t let kids operate or touch ceiling fans. Outdoor & Parking • Smoking is allowed only outside—please dispose of distinguished cigarette butts in the large trash bin by the garage • No RVs, campers or trailers allowed on the property. • Driveway fits 4-6 vehicles. Please park in the driveway whenever possible. Technology & Safety • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi, or internet equipment. • Mattress covers must stay on the beds. • Sprinklers run in the early morning (spring through fall). •cryptocurrency mining strictly prohibited Important Notes • This is our personal home—some closets/drawers will be locked. No access to the garage or basement. ⸻ Pet Policy • Dogs only, under 40lbs, max 2 dogs. • $75 per dog ,per night pet fee • No unauthorized pets—this will cancel your reservation. • Dogs must stay on the main floor and be crated when left alone (gates can be provided).
