Across the lawn, there is a separate guest house (no bathroom in the guest house). It has sofa beds and a game room office. If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun in your own private yard in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There are 2 vineyards a few walks away from the home. The one-woman winery is within walking distance as well as the local farm stands, and restaurants. The stores are within 1-2 miles of groceries, and they deliver! We have the highest-speed internet for you as well! Oh, and did I tell you, just walk right down the block to enjoy time at the beach! Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
