Guest access We have plenty of parking and we are perfectly located just 15 minutes from Old Man's Cave and 15 minutes to Logan for groceries and dining. Other things to note There is a second unit on the property that is far enough away that the cottage feels private and secluded. It's not viewable from the back and has a privacy fence. This unit is available to rent simultaneously if you wish to have the entire property to yourself. Please note that our water is on a well system. There is still a slight sulfur/iron smell with the hot water.
