The space This is a fully furnished 1165. sq.ft 3 Bed room in the first floor of the villa with many luxuries inside the city. The area can accommodate 9 people. It has a keyless independent entry. The First floor living rooms & dining area is equipped with AC It has 6 seater expandable to 8 seater dining table. All the three bedrooms are fitted with AC. One bed rooms have attached toilet. There is a shared toilet for other two bedrooms. Lot of parking spaces are available. A cable connection is provided. Internet is available 24/7. The living rooms have very good sofa sets. It has a Fully equipped kitchen to cook food. Smart TV Fridge Inverter Aqua guard water filter. Induction stove Gas stove Iron box Iron table Bread toaster Juicer Blender Hair dryer. Dinner set - 2 nos. All bathrooms are fitted with water heaters. There is a washing machine in the kitchens. No keys to lose or to return! You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay Guest access The back yard and exterior of the house can be used. Other things to note We charge per the number of occupants. If number of occupants is more than 6, extra payment per person per night should be paid. This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there. We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days. If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse. Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once. 8.
