Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout. - The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking. - The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules. - The parking garage clearance is 7 feet. - All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort.
