The property includes: HEATED SALT WATER POOL—16x38' in ground pool kept at 82 degrees or warmer, with pool volleyball, basketball, and floats galore. Fully gated separately from the backyard + grounds plus an electronic cover for absolute safety with little ones. OPEN SEASONALLY. PRIVATE SWIMMING HOLE —In addition to the stroll down the wooded path to the serene swimming hole perfect for a refreshing swim, lounge in the dappled sunlight on the large stone patio, and listen to the chorus of birds and frogs. Kids will love going down the slide and splashing from the rope swing all day long! FOREST PLAYGROUND—If you can pry them from the water, kids will love to spend hours playing among the trees on the the deluxe swing set jungle gym with a twisty slide, climbing wall, tire swing, and 90 foot zip line. CHEF'S KITCHEN—fully stocked with high quality equipment and essential cooking ingredients WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE—gather your group around the hearth and get cozy! Central Air Conditioning, Wood-burning fireplace, indoor soaking tub and outdoor HOT TUB, a huge deck for outdoor dining and lounging, outdoor shower, fire pit for sharing stories and s'mores, and a growing collection of books, board games and puzzles, The cabin is nestled among 50 acres of beautiful fields and forest for you to wander and explore including Botsford Brook— a year-round private stream that is the magical to explore in every season. This getaway is ideally situated for all sorts of adventures including swimming holes, ice caves, sledding, skiing and lots of wildlife. 25 mins to Peekamoose Blue Hole in the summertime. In winter, it's 20 mins to Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun, or you can tube at the golf course where they take you up the perfect hill on four wheelers. Completely secluded by trees you are a world away, yet conveniently only 15 minutes to the village of Ellenville, NY which offers a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, the historic Shadowland Theatre and local markets to pick up anything you might need during your stay. We have taken special care to make your stay as welcoming and enjoyable as possible.
