Welcome to Beach Daze where the name says it all. This newly constructed cottage has a cool and modern interior. The king beds are outfitted complete with varying degrees of comfortable memory foam pillows to ensure the finest night sleep. Cable tv is offered in the living room while smart tv's entertain with a Netflix subscription in the bedrooms. Lastly but most importantly the cottage is just short stroll away from the shimmering sands! The space Beach Daze is a modern beach living must see! Newly added to the rental market its calming colors and proper amenities will make all guests feel right at home! Wooden plantation style blinds decorate all the windows for complete privacy and room darkening effects. The kitchen is stocked and outfitted with stylish black stainless steel appliances. A large quartz breakfast bar makes meals and cleanup a breeze! The master king bedroom hosts a large closet and full ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest master also has a large closet and shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room tv table doubles as a laptop friendly work space for catching up on things that simply don't understand vacation. The bedrooms and the living room are all outfitted with new LED tv's which offer either cable or Netflix.. Guest access This is a whole house rental. Garage is off limits for owner personal use. Other things to note ***A Vacation Rental agreement is required to be e-signed by guest after booking, important policies in the agreement listed below.*** Pet Policy: One dog is allowed up to 40 lbs. Dog Rules include: Keeping off beds and furniture, crated when left alone in the home, is supervised outside, and picked up after in the yard and/or neighborhood. Tenant pays the listing specified non-refundable pet fee per pet at least 30 days prior to check in if not paid at booking. If Tenant violates these rules, Tenant will be asked to vacate, and will comply without incident, without any refund of rents, deposits or fees, and will be responsible for any additional charges for damages incurred. Booking/House Rules: - Tenant must be 25 to rent Premises (any variance of this requirement must be disclosed and approved in writing by your host at booking or signing of the contract) and must remain at home during the entire rental period. Codes will not be release to anyone but the reserving Tenant. - There must be 1 Adult over the age of 25 for every 2 individuals under the age of 25 during the rental period. (any variance must be disclosed prior to booking and approved in writing by your host) - Tenant will not allow guests in excess of the listed maximum occupancy of Premises during rental period. Parties and/or events are not allowed during rental period. Commercial photography or Videography are also not allowed without prior written consent by your host. - There is no vaping or smoking allowed in the home, on porches, or balconies. Please seek the designated smoking area (if applicable). If Tenant violates this rule a fine will be charged.
