The third sleeping accommodation is a queen size fold-out daybed located in the living room that can sleep two (2) adults. NOTE - the fold-out queen sized daybed is located in the main living area and is not in a self contained room with a door. - There is a doorbell camera at the front door entrance to this property and a garage camera facing the garage door entry/exit to help us monitor occupancy. - There is one garage clicker that will be left at the property for garage access. We can also provide a garage code if necessary. In the event that a garage clicker is lost, there is a fee for the cost of replacement. - The townhouse is equipped with NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a way that limits disruption of your stay. - Magnolia Avenue is a lively urban street in Fort Worth.
