This 4000 sq ft Cedar Log Home sits on 41.87 private Adirondack acres with mesmerizing mountain and meadow views and Beaver Creek flowing through the property. It features 2 master bedrooms with private baths, one upstairs and one on the main floor. Great room has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and large windows facing the mountain ranges. The kitchen has oak cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dining room. AT &T cell service does not work in this area. The space The lower level of this beautiful Adirondack home features a bonus room with ping pong, foosball, board games and living area with TV and popcorn machine. It also has a queen size futon for additional sleeping. The Bunk Room has a Full size bed and a bunk bed (Twin over Full bunk bed). There is plenty of space in all bedrooms to add a crib or air mattresses if needed (neither are supplied by the owner). Other things to note This wonderful vacation rental offers an abundance of privacy and is only 5 miles away from Whiteface Mountain Ski & Bike Center, approximately 12 miles from the Olympic Village of Lake Placid and nearby to several natural attractions, golf, great fishing sites and more! We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! We will send you arrival instructions via email or AIRBNB feed: Check in time is 4:00pm Check-out time is 10:00am. all the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. the property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, garbage bags.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING No pets allowed.
