Comfortably sleeps your group for game-day weekend or vacation. The space Bedroom Layout Primary Suite: Accessible via the backyard entrance OR by walking through the second bedroom. Second Bedroom (Red/Orange): A pass-through room situated between the main house and the primary suite. Third Bedroom: Standard private bedroom. Sunroom (Green Room): Features a futon for extra sleeping space and houses the laundry area. Outdoor Oasis Step into a peaceful backyard filled with towering trees and lush ferns. It’s the perfect setting for evening gatherings with: A large firepit (please bring your own firewood) Weber charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal) Ample seating for your group Guest Access & Notes You have access to the entire home. Parking is easy with one covered spot and a gravel driveway for 2-3 cars total. Free street parking is also available. Pet Friendly: We welcome your furry companions! Safety: The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, with a police station nearby. For your security, there are exterior cameras on the property. Bedroom Layout Note 🛏️ The second bedroom (the red/orange room) sits between the main house and the master suite. To reach the master, you’ll either walk through this room or enter via its private backyard entrance. The green room has a futon for extra sleeping space and also houses the laundry area for guest use. Outdoor Space 🌿 Step into a peaceful backyard oasis filled with towering trees, lush ferns, and even a resident owl perched high above. The yard is spacious and full of natural charm—perfect for relaxing or gathering. Guests can enjoy the large firepit (bring your own firewood), a Weber charcoal grill (BYO charcoal), and Adirondack chairs tucked beneath the trees. Guest access Parking: One covered spot in the carport, as well a gravel driveway (could fit an additional 1-2 compact cars). There is also *free* street parking available. This neighborhood is quaint and full of friendly families. There are churches and a police station close by - enhancing the safe walkability to enjoy the temperate weather of Florida.
