Backup Generator ✨ The property is equipped with a backup generator that keeps everything running during unexpected power outages, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation worry-free. West Bay Beach, one of the most popular beaches, open the door and enjoy! -Scuba or snorkel out to Mandy's Eel Garden and see all the different species of marine life up close. -West Bay Golf Club and Villas are just under one mile away, offering a challenging nine-hole course with different elevations. Guest access Condo #5 is exclusively for your use. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away! Beach chairs are for exclusive use of Coral Sands guests, however, the beach is a public space open to all 🏝️ You can purchase a day pass at Paradise Beach Resort next door! It’s a fantastic option, as the pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, plus access to the pool and beach chairs. Other things to note *Please note that this is a highly popular condo and your check in time might vary according to availability. * Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
