This cabin is located in Timberland, south of Tahoe City about 2.5 miles, so it has convenient access to town as well as the lake. Enjoy Tahoe charm including knotty pine accents, a rock fireplace, and tasteful mountain furniture, and a new hot tub to soak in with your morning coffee or after a dip in the lake! The space Amenities Convenient access to Homewood, Alpine/Squaw, and Tahoe City New Hot Tub Walk to Dog Beach (1/3 mile away) Old Tahoe Charm (Wood Fireplace, Knotty Pine, Log, etc.) Spacious Master Suite with Gas Fireplace Detached Garage for Extra Living Space No Dishwasher or Garbage Disposal but It's a Cabin Propane BBQ (summer only) Please note, the yard does not have a fully closed fence. All the homes have high speed wireless internet 1500 Sq. Feet All Agate Bay Realty rental cabins are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Guest access Bedding Configuration CA King (downstairs master bedroom) Day Bed (room next to master, just walk through this room to get to master) Queen + One Twin (upstairs bedroom) Other things to note DOGS: This property is dog friendly for a maximum of up to two well trained and well behaved dogs that will never be left unattended in the home or allowed on the furniture. No other pets are allowed. There are no additional fees associated. Please note, the yard does NOT have a fully closed fence. NO AC: There is no air conditioning available at this property. The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets or available upon request. SEASONAL: Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow. FOR THE COOK: The property has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware, but it does not include spices and oils, because these can attract bears when the property is sitting vacant.  In turn, we kindly request that guests bring any personal cooking oils, spices, and condiments you may require. HOT TUB: The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Please do not use the spa after 9:00pm or before 8:00am because you may be subject up to a $1000 fine from the new Placer County vacation rental ordinance. Noise carries more than most guests expect and there are primary resident neighbors who need to work in the morning. Neglectful treatment of the hot tub by the guest and may result in an extra charge. All guests must shower before entering the hot tub. Please follow the rules for safety and to avoid an extra charge for servicing.
