2 bedroom 1 bath unit with lovely views of the Bay and Homer Spit. Located 4.5 miles from town and only a 10 minute drive from the airport, Homer Spit and downtown. Can sleep 7 with a queen bed in the 1st bedroom & a twin over full bed in 2nd bedroom. Living room has pull out sleeper sofa. Private porch & access to a vacuum packer & freezer for storing fish. Full kitchen & washer & dryer. This unit is in a separate building on our property. We are available for any questions you have! The space This unit has all the creature comforts of home including a coffee maker with coffee provided to fuel your day, kettle with an assortment of teas and honey, light breakfast items and a full sized washer & dryer. It also has a new 55 inch tv with netflix, hulu, amazon prime and more. Full access to your own private deck overlooking the bay with a table and chairs and BBQ for that fresh catch you bring back to cook. Additional deck with 6 person hot tub right below the top deck with incredible views of the bay. Wake up and look out the window to see all the wildlife that frequently visits the yard. It is not uncommon to see pheasants, eagles, moose and more. You are also welcome to use our backyard fire pit or if you prefer something more intimate we can provide our solo stove all ready to go for your own private fires. Needing to work remotely? We have high speed speed internet 50mbs+ for all your email, video meeting and streaming needs. Traveling with kids? We have you covered. Let us know if you need a high chair, pack n play, kids wagon, car seats or toys added to the unit. Planning to fish? Feel free to bring your fillets back and use our commercial vacuum packer and deep freezer. We are also happy to provide a cooler and possible fishing gear with notice. In addition to having access to a commercial vacuum packer and freezer, we also have boat parking if you are planning to tow your boat down. Note: there are friendly dogs on the property but they will not bother you during your stay but you should be dog friendly. We also have chickens on the property so must be ok with chickens and you are more than welcome to fresh eggs. Feel free to send an inquiry with any questions. We are more than willing to help with planning your stay. Guest access This is a private unit above our detached garage. Not attached to the house. Other things to note No smoking, vaping or cleaning fish in the unit. A $250 dollar cleaning fee will be added if this occurs. We ask guests to fillet fish at the fish stations prior to arriving back at the unit for vacuum sealing. No dogs on the property as we have chickens and three of our own. $300 dollar cleaning fee for excessive dirt in the hot tub requiring a deep cleaning or draining the hot tub.
