This is one of 2 units in The Cottage, separated by a solid core, exterior security door. The space *The side door, facing the side street, is your own private entrance. *Parking is along stone wall. *The thermostat is controlled from our phones. Please feel free to message us if you would like the temperature changed. *This price is for 2 people. With the sofa bed, 3 can stay. *It will be $10 a person beyond the initial 2. We will provide the pillows, and bedding, as well as the sofa bed sheets and blankets according to the number of guests registered. *For larger groups, you may also rent the unit on the other side of the house (separated by a safe, solid, locked security door).
