The Harbor East P.O.A. limits the occupancy in this unit to six persons and prohibits the parking of boat trailers in front of any condominium. Pets are 17.50 per night). The rate on this unit is based on four occupants. Any additional occupants over the age of 12 are $10 each per night each. All of our units have hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.
