For those not used to this lingo, this is what an ocean view condo is on any of the other coast, but better! The water is even more blue. Everything you need for a great vacation is close by from souvenirs, groceries and entertainment to great restaurants. Forget something while you were out or don't want to get in the car to travel. Just 1.5 miles to EVERYTHING, or just walk across the street to a great local restaurant, the grocery store or the ice cream shop. Perfect for couples and families alike. Amenities include; a beach-side pool with hot tub, boardwalk to the beach with an outdoor shower, bicycle racks, beach-side charcoal grills, restrooms close to the pool and a fully stocked kitchen. We know how important coffee is, so there’s a Keurig two-in-one that does drip coffee and K-cups. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, as well as jet skis, parasailing, and much more available on the beach. Gulf Shores has many fun shops, trails, amusement parks, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and the outlet mall is close. There’s plenty of places that have kayaks, SUP aka paddleboards, bikes, jet skis and even beach chairs! Information is in the condo. Traveling with friends or family, but would still like to have your own space? We have neighbors that also rent their units out. Just let us know and we’ll check their calendars for you. An adult 25 & up must be present on each contract and staying in that unit the entire stay. Sorry you can’t dump all the kids in one condo and adults in another. We aren’t a hotel. You can request a free catalog and brochures on the Gulf Shores site. This will help with planning for your Gulf front vacation with a great view. Gulf State park has 28 miles of trails and a nature center. So if you bring your own bikes you have plenty of trails to cover. Your ocean view reservation includes a starter set of items. 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel. I supply you with coffee filters, unscented trash bags for each bin, unscented dishwasher pods, Young Living dish-soap is in the built-in sink pump, unscented laundry pods, Young Living foaming hand soap at each sink, towels and organic cotton sheets. So just bring or buy extra toilet paper and paler towel. Some guest pack these items so they don’t have to go to the store and take away from time on the beach. Guest access You will have full access to the condo. The space inside of the condo isn’t shared with myself or anyone else. It’s all yours! The common areas (the elevator, lobby, parking, the pool, hot tub and charcoal bbq’s) are shared spaces with other condo owners and guest that are renting. Provided key fobs are for entry to secured pool, hot tub, gazebo and restroom. I own this condo in this building and my guest only have access to this condo. Some management companies own multiple condos. So booking with us means you will check-in to this exact condo and get exactly what you see in the photos. Be cautious when using a rental company. Some are not based in the USA and have never even been to Gulf Shores. You must be over 25 per condo association rules. The guest booking must be present during the reservation. An adult can’t book for a minor child. There is no smoking/vaping/drugs of any kind in or around our condo. This included the balcony. Other guests or owners in surrounding condos will report it to the board president. There are no pets allowed for any guests in our building. Only for full-time owners. Please confirm by sending me a message that you’ve read these simple, but necessary rules. Other things to note As a host I personally cover your cleaning fee and 1 parking pass fee for 1 vehicle. Every vehicle in our main lot and extra lot across the street must have a pass displayed or it will be towed. An additional pass must be requested at least a week ahead of time. Not the day of arrival. If a late request happens you’ll have to go to Coastline (our condo owners association management company) and purchase the pass verse having it on the counter upon your arrival. Your one pass that is included will be on the counter upon arrival. If requested with enough notice the additional pass will be on the counter as well.
