Private, Cozy Room 10 min subway ride to Manhattan

Cozy, quiet 1 private bdrm in a 2 bdrm pre-war apartment in historic Sunnyside, NY. 10 min subway ride to Grand Central, 1 block from subway. Quiet neighborhood, with a quick commute to Mid-town Manhattan. Dog-friendly building & neighborhood. I have a 4 yr old small dog & 1 10 yr old cat. I travel at times, with my dog, otherwise I live here. Lrg screen TV, Chromecast, Wifi/Internet, coffee/tea service. Southern hospitality in NYC! Must love animals. My dog is calm and well behaved. The space Cozy and homey. It's got a warm energy and a great spot to take naps. Large for NYC. Must LOVE dogs!!! Guest access Fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and foyer converted into dance studio/workout space. During your stay I can socialize if need be and get you acquainted with neighborhood. All you gotta do is text me if you wish to do that. Other things to note Water bottles & refreshments for your arrival. Self serve tea/coffee available in your room. No shoes in apt. The walls are thick, but floors are wooden so shoes make too much noise for neighbors.
