The Loft at Fernhill Farm

Fernhill farm is a holistic eco-farm where livestock graze in open flat fields and woodlands on top of Cheddar Gorge in Somerset. Dating back to the 17th Century, Grade II listed barns now offer rustic farm venues with a unique range of onsite accommodation. Welcoming groups, we provide eco-venues that incorporate natural and renewable resources, leave little trace and allows the simple things in life to perhaps still be the best The space The Loft is perfect for small groups and families, or as a second accommodation base for larger groups. This self contained apartment sleeps up to 6 and consists of a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with king-size double bed, second bedroom with a set of queen bunks and a double bed, plus a private bathroom. Situated up two small flights of stairs above the Ag shed, it has lovely views across the farm. The loft is centrally heated but also has a log burner for warm, relaxing evenings. It is a cosy, child-friendly space with plenty of natural light. Under sheets, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, you will need to bring your own duvet/sleeping bag & towel (towels stipulated online are referring to hand towels). A BBQ & Fire pit is available on request, logs and coals can be purchased from our Farm Shop. If you would like some Fernhill Farm meat, we have BBQ & Breakfast packs (inc veggie options) available as well meat to support your catering needs. Order online (must be booked in advance). Please note: you will be asked to confirm that your booking adheres to Government rules and that your group will follow the Fernhill Farm Terms and Conditions.
