Mornings here move easily - coffee in hand, kids racing toward themed bedrooms, and plans forming for a day spent between nearby parks and the pool waiting out back. Evenings wind down with movies on the big screen or friendly games that stretch late into the night. This entire home in Kissimmee is designed for shared time and memorable stays, offering room for large groups to spread out while staying connected. The bright, open floor plan brings together multiple living areas, creating natural gathering spots whether you are streaming a favorite show, playing board games, or simply relaxing after a long day out. Sleeping arrangements Seven bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out to suit both adults and children. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a king-sized bed and direct patio access with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, additional bedrooms include multiple king-sized beds, a queen-sized bed, themed rooms with twin beds, and bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen Smart TV, plush mattresses, quality linens, and room-darkening shades to help everyone recharge. Bathrooms With five full bathrooms and one half bath, the home offers convenience for larger groups. Several bedrooms feature ensuite or Jack n’ Jill-style bathrooms, while the primary bathroom includes a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with fresh towels and hair dryers. An outdoor shower adds convenience after pool time. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home-prepared meals, from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. An open dining area and a spacious kitchen island create an easy flow for cooking, eating, and gathering together. Whether you are planning a full family meal or something simple before heading out, the layout supports it all. Living spaces and entertainment Multiple living areas give everyone a place to relax. One lounge centers around a sectional sofa and Smart TV, while another sitting area offers a quieter space for conversation or planning the next day. The home theater features an 85-inch screen, reclining chairs, and a game console, making movie nights and gaming sessions a favorite part of the stay. A themed game room adds even more entertainment with arcade games, shuffleboard, and a pool table. Outdoor living Step outside to a private pool and spa area designed for all-day enjoyment. The home is a short drive from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, dining, and shopping, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Guest access ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. You will also have access to the community amenities. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the large driveway, and street parking is available for up to 4 additional vehicles. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the second bedroom. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair, pack n’ play, and stroller available for guests to use. The amenities described herein are subject to change and no assurance is made that these amenities will be available in the villa. ✹ PETS: We are a pet-friendly property. Prior approval is required. We accept one dog of up to 40 lbs per stay. A pet fee of $250 plus tax applies. ✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Your whole group will have access to Emerald Island community amenities, including the clubhouse, Tiki Bar, pool and spa, sauna, sports courts, nature trails, fitness center, and on-site playgrounds. The resort’s business center offers a dedicated space that is perfect for studying or working during your stay, if you must. Other things to note ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smartlock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ LARGER GROUPS: If you’re traveling with an even larger group, we own the property right next door, plus a third property just a few minutes away. Inquire for more details! ✹ RESORT FEE: Emerald Island Resort requires a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. A minimum of $20 is required, even if no vehicle is present. This is paid directly to the resort community. ✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: You will need to sign a rental agreement and provide a government ID with a picture. ✹ GUEST VERIFICATION: Upon reserving the home, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete your verification upon receipt of this communication to avoid delays in getting your reservation process completed. ✹ INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, racoon & insects (lizards, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas. This is a part of the natural tropical experience and is outside of our control.
