Beautiful three level house on canal at river mouth with 90 foot private dock near ramp. Three decks, game room with pool table, air hockey, fooseball and big screen TV. 4 bedroom/5 bathroom plus lower level dorm style room with 11 extra beds including full sofa bed on game room floor/ 18 beds total. You will love the cozy atmosphere with all amenities and linens provided. It boasts two family rooms, 80" TV, big screen TV's in bedrooms. Two fireplaces and BBQ. Laundry facilities on site. The space Bedroom 1 has one King bed next to nonsuite full bathroom on main floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, twin/full bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and shares jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 is a studio size master suite with en suite bathroom snd pans and panoramic river views. Lower level Game Room dorm has 10 beds (1 queen, 3 full and the rest twin or twin/trundle and full bathroom The lowest game room dorm floor has 10 beds and is cooled by leaving the stairway door open so AC from the upstairs comes in and using fans there to circulate the air. The rest of the rooms in the house have a thermostat with direct strong, cool AC. No shower amenities, beach towels, floats or beach chairs are provided, guests must bring their own. Please call owner if the fans are not in the dorm/game room and we will be sure to secure them. Guest access entire place Other things to note Please note: After 10 guests, there is an additional charge or $50 per person per night. Do not park across the street or you will be towed. Only park on our property and please don't block neighbor's driveway or you will be towed. Also, guests will need to bring their own shower soap, shampoo, etc., beach towels and chairs, floating devices. Lower dorm/ game room is cooled by leaving stairway door open to let AC in and circulate with fans.
