Located in a quiet residence, it is 10 minutes from the most famous beaches of Saint François and Sainte-Anne. Equipped with modern equipment, the house offers you a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, dryer, traditional oven and microwave, small appliances. The space A 1000 liter rainwater tank and a 2000 liter buffer tank (installed by a licensed company) allow you access to drinking water even in the event of an untimely cut. Ti-punch and homemade jam are available. From the terrace, you can observe the comings and goings of the hummingbirds. The pool and house are equipped with alarms. Indoor parking can accommodate 3 vehicles but it is possible to park outside without any worries. We have just renovated the entire villa and garden and can guarantee you tasteful decor and quality materials. Japanese garden for the beauty of the eye and classic garden with some fruit trees and beautiful palm trees. The saltwater pool is of beautiful dimensions, 10 m by 4 m for a volume of 45 m3. Free loan of bicycles, baby cot, masks and snorkels, buoys, beach towels, sarongs... upon request. Housekeeping hours are available upon request, they will be carried out by Ketty, who knows the premises perfectly and ensures their maintenance throughout the year. Guest access You can enjoy access to the entire property, in complete tranquility, protected in your privacy by the surrounding lush vegetation. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers cleaning at the end of the stay. A pool maintenance person comes once a week to maintain the pool. Children will be welcome if they can swim and the parents sign a release to release us from liability. Access to TV and Wi-Fi is complimentary for our guests.
