We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you! Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its amenities. This includes all 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, the game room, the outdoor deck, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the private dock on Lake Norman. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use; however, there is ample parking space in the driveway for multiple vehicles. Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay: • No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided. • Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. • A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. • No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted. • Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance! • Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
