(No need to cross road to access Beach) Have fun with the whole family at this amazing two bedroom beachfront apartment located at exclusive Club Hemingway Beach Residences. Please note: Due to this apartment is beachfront some peels in paint in balcony ceiling and wall are normal. For normal waterfront hummidity we have in unit a dehumidifier. The space This is a wonder full beach front two bedroom condo located inside Club Hemingway Resort Yes we are located inside with direct access to pool and beach Our unit is in building 3 level 4 and its quite cozy ambiance We do not offer air conditioner in living room this is for our sole personal use but we do offer air conditioner in each bedroom. We do have ceiling fans in living room for our guests to use Each bedroom has its own bathroom (tub and shower) and ample closet area There is beachview from our master bedroom Maid goes daily to help with breakfast Nelly is wonderful! We offer portable oven stove top and refrigerator as well as hot water to bathe and washer/deyer Other things to note We do not have mildew inside unit. Being beachfront we have normal humidity due to location waterfront. We offer a dehumidifier inside unit. Some peeled paint from walls and wood are in unit due to normal beachfront waterfront location. We do not offer air conditioner in living room. Its for our private use.
