The space This place is great for retreats & rest from the noise and stress of everyday life. Sit back and enjoy the serenity. There are two types of forests at the property -- the pine forest and the old growth deciduous forest. This modern farmhouse has four bedrooms, two living spaces and a three season sunroom. There are a total of six beds and three full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on-site and available for guest use. There is a grill (available during the warmer seasons), full kitchen, refrigerator and 15 acres at your disposal. Guest access When you are a guest at our house, you get the entire house. You're not sharing it with anyone else. Other things to note Bedrooms: bedroom#1 upstairs w/ 2 full size beds, bedroom #2 upstairs bedrooms w/ 2 full size beds, bedroom #3 upstairs bedroom with queen size bed , 1 lower level bedroom with queen size bed & smart TV. There is a hot tub, seating and a fire table (available in the colder months) for guests to enjoy. A complimentary propane is provided with the fire table. *Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. I will notify you in advance if this is the case so that you will have enough time to cancel reservation, if you like. No refunds if hot tub is not available.
