NEW saltwater pool/spa! Free pool heat!

Spend your days playing in the pool and soaking up the sun at this coastal escape! The huge screened lanai includes a pristine heated saltwater pool with a spillover spa and sun ledge, and large covered outdoor living and dining space. The updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath interior is bright and spacious, with a lot of natural light and nearly every room flows out to the pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to AMI beaches, IMG, walking trails, parks, shopping & restaurants! The space The beautiful and private outdoor space truly sets this home apart from others! The 32' x 15' heated saltwater pool, 7'X7' spillover spa, and sunshelf/tanning ledge were newly constructed in 2023. The pool is heated to 86° at no charge, and guests can heat the spa to 104° on demand! Nearly every room in this home has access to the outdoor area, for seamless indoor/outdoor living with multiple seating and dining areas so you can truly enjoy Florida's endless summer! The interior of the home is light and bright, with vaulted ceilings and coastal colors and decor. The home features a split bedroom floor plan, which is perfect for families, multiple couples, snowbirds who want to invite the grandkids, or anyone who would like a little more privacy between the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a Roku TV. The other bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. There is a fireplace, Roku TV, and pull out couch in the living room. If you need to check in with work, there is a dedicated workspace with computer desk, chair, and monitor within the primary suite. Guests also love our garage game room with foosball and ping pong! The kitchen has new granite countertops and full-sized stainless appliances, including a separate beverage fridge to keep your drinks and cocktails cold. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, or grill, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, French press, kettle, microwave, toaster, and blender. A full-sized washer and dryer is located in the home. Amenities and Extras: Beach gear (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and toys) provided so all you need to bring is your swimsuit! We have a gas grill, fully stocked kitchen, baby gear (folding crib, pack n' play, high chair) toys, and games. Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee, tea, K-cups, and hotel-sized toiletries to start your stay. Laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay. Wifi and cable television are included. There is a Roku TV in the living room and the master bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home including closets, with the exception of locked owners cabinets in the laundry room and garage. Other things to note POOL INFORMATION: - The pool is heated to 86 degrees free of charge. - The spa can be heated on demand, but due to the spillover nature of the spa, it cannot be left running 24/7 or overnight, as the pool needs to circulate to stay clean and warm. It takes about 1 hour to heat up after you turn it on (we provide a tablet at the home). We are happy to schedule it to come on automatically at your preferred times as well. - Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control. - While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would. - Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarms separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required.
