Pelican’s Playground A: Walk to beach, Shared Pool

Prime location for a beach getaway! Perfect for parking your car and leaving it, because the beach, pier, restaurants, shopping, and night life are just a walk away! Pelican’s Playground is located on a quite, low traffic street. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. However, you only have to walk a few steps out the door to the pool/patio area. Tybee Island is an undiscovered beach town off the coast of Georgia, and just a hop and a skip away from beautiful historic Savannah. The space ** The pool is not heated. Pelican’s Playground Side A is a private unit in a duplex. It is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all basic appliances (Stove, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender, & coffee pot). Utensils, dishes, pots & pans are provided. We provide coffee with creamer and sugar, along with basic spices. However if you would prefer your own, KCups or coffee grounds can both be used in the coffee pot. The living room and both bedrooms all have TVs. If you have personal accounts with services such as Netflix, or Hulu you are welcome to use those. High speed Wi-Fi is provided. The unit offers two bedrooms, both with King memory foam beds. There is one bathroom with a shower/tub. All rooms have wood blinds for privacy, but as there are no curtains, we recommend an eye mask for those who prefer to sleep in total darkness. Towels and linens are provided for your stay, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, etc. are provided. A washer & dryer are located inside the house. The outdoor area offers a pool, lounge chairs, park-style grills, and an outdoor open shower. This area is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. In the evening we recommend plugging in the lights that stretch over the pool area. All outdoor areas are shared with both parties in the duplex. The back yard is completely fenced in, only allowing the two parties in the duplex to have access. Please note that the parking area and pool/backyard area are the only areas shared. Everything in your unit is completely private. 6 guest are allowed per unit. Day guest must be approved by host. Guest are allowed to park two cars on the property. Check in is easy and convenient with a key pad on the door, so there is no hassle with having to meet anyone or keeping up with keys. We have tried to include everything we could think of to make your stay the best it can be. Guest access Please note that all outdoor areas are shared with the other unit in the duplex . This includes the parking area and pool/backyard area. We ask that guest are courteous and respectful to one another, just as you would be at a public pool. Everything inside your unit is completely private. Other things to note We have a strict no pet policy. If we find that you have brought a pet onto the property, an additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged and your pet will have to leave the property.
