Under the roof of our energy-efficient house, completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modernly furnished apartments with living spaces between 40 and 80 m². These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathroom with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use. We also offer you clear, free parking and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. Through our own electricity generation and solar-thermal hot water generation with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. On the outskirts of Wasserburg you will find us, just steps from the publicly accessible shores of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees.
