The space Part of the historic Front Street neighborhood, this home has a large front and fenced back yard. The home has an open living and dining space with views of downtown. Large kitchen with a double door to the backyard and patio. The main floor includes the main bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, as weel as the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Upstairs you find a third bedroom with two twin beds. There is also an open bonus room with a vanity/desk and a trundle daybed. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home (main floor and upstairs). There is a basement that is kept locked for owner use only. You are also welcome to both the front and backyards. The detached garage is not included in the rental, but the parking space in the ally can be used with prior permission. Other things to note For guests with pets: We have a few basic requirements that we want you to be aware of before booking. Once you book, we will send a request for $250 pet deposit that is fully refundable as long as all of our rules are followed. We have our pet rules posted in the house, and also listed below. 1. We can only accept dogs at this time due to a family allergy to cats. 2. No puppies please. We require all dogs to be at least one year or older and they must be potty trained. 3. All dogs must be sprayed or neutered. 4. Dogs must stay on the main floor. We provide a gate for the staircase and ask that you use it. 5. All dogs must be on leash when outside. It is ok to be off leash in the back yard as long as you make sure that the gates are locked. 6. PLEASE, clean up after your dog! We provide poop bags by the back door so you can clean up and dispose of it properly. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before you book.
