Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately! The space The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the original district of St. Georgen. Away from the hustle and bustle, the gem is located in a quiet side alley about a 15-minute walk from Lake Ammersee, the steamboat jetty, the boat rental and the lake facilities with an artist's pavilion. The tower apartment is located on the right side of the main house. It has two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen (including kettle, toaster, coffee maker/espresso maker, dishwasher, washing machine, no microwave) and cozy dining area and a separate bedroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, there is a large tower bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a second smaller bedroom also with a double bed 160 cm or single bed (80 cm) and views of the beautiful large garden. In the middle of the two rooms is a cozy little lounge with a comfortable sofa and TV. The lovingly designed bathroom with natural light on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. An ironing board with iron and a clothes rack are also part of the amenities. All rooms are flooded with light and appear very spacious due to the height of the ceilings. The tower house has a beautifully landscaped garden area with a gazebo and terrace. From here you have many opportunities to explore the beautiful Alpine landscape. When designing the rooms, I tried to create a clear, tasteful line, which has been very well received by my previous guests. Please request pets separately! Guest access The tower house is located in the main house but is a separate unit over two floors with a private entrance on the first floor. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are of course included and will be changed on request.
