This six-bedroom home accommodates up to sixteen guests and is arranged to support both group gatherings and privacy. The main level includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a powder bathroom, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and private deck access. The open layout allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The upper level includes five additional bedrooms and a secondary living area. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. A living area upstairs provides additional seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa. Outdoor space includes a private pool located behind the home, offering a place to unwind after time at the beach. Guests also have access to Laguna Key community amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, a basketball goal, a Gulf-side pavilion, and a pier on Little Lagoon. All beachfront lots within Laguna Key are private property, including undeveloped lots, and may not be used for beach access. Other things to note Laguna Key is a residential community with full-time residents. The homeowners association has established guidelines to ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for all. These guidelines will be provided after booking and must be followed throughout the stay. Important community rules include: Parking: Street parking is not permitted. Guests may park up to four vehicles in the driveway and two vehicles in the garage, for a maximum of six vehicles. Boats, trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not allowed in the community. Amenity use: Only registered guests may use Laguna Key amenities, including the pool, lagoon pier, and beach access. Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and at least one guest age 25 or older must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Outdoor parties and loud music are not permitted. This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.
