Vacation on the clean deep Lake Blue Ridge where we have a beautiful lake view from inside and outside the cabin. - Close to the lake with year around water - Large 2 slip dock - Lounge chairs on dock and deck - Hot tub - Life jackets - Kayaks - Gas fire table - Game room with ping pong and air hockey - Swinging chairs for kids and adults - High speed internet - Amazing sunset view -Loft bedroom is open with a privacy screen The space Watersedge is a Lakehouse in the Blue Ridge Mountains located just 15 minutes to the town of Blue Ridge on paved roads (except for 1/2 mile inside the neighborhood). Approximately 80% of the lake shoreline is part of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The lake is deep and the water is almost always clear. The cabin is close to the lake, just 25 feet from the lower deck to the shoreline steps. There are only 2 steps from the paved parking area onto the entry deck walkway. This makes it easy for older guests to enjoy the lake view without actually going down steps to the lake. The cabin has 3 levels with a bathroom on each level. Bedroom 1: King Bed on Main Level | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed on Main Level | Bedroom 3: King Bed on Terrace Level | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed in large open loft (lake view with no locking door) There is a bathroom on each level including the main level, loft, and lower level. The main level has a large shower but no tub, but there are tub showers upstairs and downstairs. The upper level loft has railing that is open to the main level. The lower level has both ping pong and air hockey tables for guests to enjoy. We also have two large size Fatboy Bean bags in the loft which many kids like to use to read or take a nap. Guests can rent a boat or bring their own. We have 2 dock slips. The upper level of the dock has 4 lounge chairs, a table, and 3 chairs for sitting. It's decked with Trex so you won't need to worry about splinters. GA law requires everyone to wear or take a life jacket when using the canoe or a kayak. All children under 13 years of age must wear a US Coast Guard approved PFD while onboard any moving boat including a canoe. We have 12 high quality lifejackets of various sizes that are available for guests to use. The kayaks have a weight capacity of 250 lbs (8 ft one) and 300 lbs (9.5 ft) . Guest access Guests have complete use of the house, decks, dock, and parking in front of house. 3 cars ONLY per Fannin County Short-term Rental Ordinance. Other things to note 7 night minimum during the summer, 3-4 night minimum for most holidays. For your convenience, the following supplies are included: linens, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, aluminum foil sheets, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, a variety of spices, tea, sugar, and life jackets for the lake. You may need additional quantities depending on personal use. Please bring your own beach towels for the lake and hot tub.
