The three most beautiful beaches in the area, Son Moll, Cala Gat and Cala Agulla, are also within walking distance. Thanks to the hillside location, from the terraces you can look out over the rooftops of the town to the mountains and the sea and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. On request, we can organize airport transfers, rental cars, a private boat tour or a paella event by the pool. House Rules The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many families. We therefore do not rent to bachelor parties, team trips or party groups. Parties and loud music are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed. If the police are called due to a disturbance of the peace, we charge a flat fee of €1,250. If this happens again, we will have to terminate the stay without a refund – otherwise, we risk losing our rental license.
