The space The tastefully and high-quality furnished 3-room apartment (about 67 m2) has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet and a spacious living and dining area with a modern open kitchen as well as two terraces. The large south-facing living space offers a cozy sitting area with couch (extra bed for two people) and two comfortable leather armchairs. A spacious dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to enjoyable moments overlooking the Schmachter See. Of course, an LCD TV, DVD player and stereo with wifi – Internet radio are included. From the living room, you enter the south-west terrace with its own beach chair and a seating area. Here you can enjoy the warm rays of sunshine and fantastic sunsets on Lake Schmachter. Pure vacation feeling! A fully equipped open, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave with oven and steamer function, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and various small inventory is harmoniously integrated into the living-dining area. The two bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double beds; in one of the two bedrooms there is a second flat screen TV. From both bedrooms you have access to the north-east terrace to capture the morning sun. A shower room with towel heating and hairdryer as well as a guest toilet with hand basin are available for you. A free underground parking space with a lockable storage room belongs to the„ apartment Sonnengruß“. From here you can reach the ground floor and the apartment by a passenger elevator or via a staircase. Attention: The TG driveway is not suitable for SUVs and large wagons. The underground parking is not passable in snow and ice smoothness. The non-smoking apartment is ideally suited for 1-4 people; the extra bed for two more people is possible on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Close to the center, yet quietly located – the pier, the Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Experiencing the sunset on the lake alone is a true vacation highlight!
