Walk to Lake Macatawa to kayak/SUP, or head 2.4 miles to Holland State Park, 1 mile to Anchorage Marina, and 4.5 miles to downtown Holland's shops and restaurants. The home offers living areas, a fireplace, game rooms, screened-in patio, outdoor patio with grill and firepit, plus all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. It's in the middle of all the attractions yet wooded and feels tucked away. The space With plenty of space for your group to spread out, this home also offers intimate areas for games and conversations. The formal dining room and casual kitchen dining area provide great options for meals, while the formal living room features a gorgeous Anthropologie sectional and side bar. For cozy, evening chats, the den offers a fireplace. The lower level has two rooms: one with a large table for meals or games, three couches, and a 72-inch TV, and the other with a pool table and foosball. On the main level, you'll find a bedroom that’s ideal for guests with mobility issues, as it’s easily accessible with just one step from the front circle drive. There’s also one full bath and a half bath on this floor. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms offer even more space and comfort. Bedrooms by Name and Description: MAIN LEVEL “Ledger” – Queen bed. This is the room mentioned above, perfect for easy access. “Dog House” – While it serves as the main laundry room, a luxurious twin bed has been added to accommodate those needing an extra bed on the main level. SECOND LEVEL “B’s Bunkhouse” – Six twin beds. A favorite for late-night sleepovers for guests of all ages. “Harper’s Hideout” – One queen and two hidden twins. Inspired by Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, the hidden twin beds offer a fun, cozy retreat. “Olive’s Oasis” – One king bed, offering comfort and space on the second story. These three rooms share a full bathroom. “King’s Wing” – One king bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Each of the four second-story rooms includes a chair (or two) for those seeking a bit of peace and quiet. Guest access All spaces are private for the guest to enjoy. Other things to note There is a $250 an hour early/late check out fee. This charge will be added if the cleaning crew arrives at 10 am and you have not left or if you arrive before 4 pm. We aren't trying to be unreasonable, but managing the crew and (almost every group requesting an early check in and/or out) we have to try to control costs and staffing changes. In the off season, November thru April, early and late check outs are offered at $100 per hour. In the peak season May thru October this is not possible. Thanks for understanding!
