Situated in the heart of the English Riviera, equi-distant between Paignton and Brixham town centres, (10 minutes drive to each), is a stunning, sandy beach haven called Broadsands Beach. Seaspot is an easy 5-minute stroll to this beach, which has a relaxed vibe and is surrounded by trees and greenery in every direction. The beach forms part of the South West Coast path and there are stunning walks along the headland directly from the beach and along the coastline. The space There is a generous driveway with your own dedicated parking space and a level walk to the property. Through the gate will bring you to your own private garden and entrance through the large sliding glass doors which flood the lounge with plenty of light. The apartment is all on one level, so great if you have any mobility issues. The lounge has a large TV with Netflix, a small dining table, a very comfortable sofa and a small kitchenette area with microwave/oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a king size bed with a double height Tempur mattress for added comfort. There's also a TV with Netflix, hairdryer with diffuser & a remote controlled fan. The bathroom has an extra large shower and towels are provided. Guest access The parking space, front garden and the apartment itself are all for the sole use of guests and are not shared with anyone else. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely self-contained.
