In your private studio, you will find: A cozy double bed. TV for entertainment. A small dining table. Plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils. Bathroom featuring a relaxing shower with hydromassage jets. Shared Outdoor Space: The real gem of the property is our fantastic shared outdoor space. Here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of a lush garden, equipped with: A barbecue grill. Urban garden. Various games. Multiple leisure spaces for relaxing. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to their private studio. The following areas and services are shared with other guests: Lush garden. A barbecue grill. Outdoor leisure areas. Additional Services (for a fee and by appointment): Laundry room: Available Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Closed on Sundays). Cost: €4 per wash, detergent included. Shared Whirlpool (Jacuzzi): Available from May 1st to September 30th. Use must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Cost: €5 per person for a 1-hour session. Hours: Mon–Fri (2:00–7:30 p.m.), Sat–Sun (10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.). Other things to note Check-in: Between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Check-out: Between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Documentation: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Arrival Time: Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable at checkout, subject to an inspection for damage to the property. Additional Services (subject to availability and charge): Early check-in (starting at 11:00 a.m.): €10 Late check-out (until 2:00 p.m.): €10 Late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.): €25 Check-out after 5:00 p.m.: Charge of 100% of one night’s stay, plus the Municipal Tourist Tax.
