Guests can enjoy the entire house to themselves on a quiet street right in the middle of town! It has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one very spacious bedroom in the basement, two full baths, a beautiful living area, and a large theatre room in the basement - amazing for entertaining! There are 2 regular TVs in the living room and master. Cable is not included, but all major streaming apps are loaded with many movies and shows of your choosing. From the basement area, guests can access the enclosed back yard which is perfect for children to play and adults to rest and reset. We are centrally located in Huntsville - within just a minute or two to HWY 72 (which has every kind of restaurant, entertainment, and shopping you could ever imagine), the new Orion theatre, Midcity Market which houses eclectic shopping, beautiful outdoor seating areas, live music, amazing coffee shops, and the ever popular Dave and Buster's! The highway is no more than 5 minutes away, carrying you swiftly to the Trash Pandas stadium, the VBC, the Botanical Gardens, UAH, Oakwood University, many local breweries, Bridgestreet shopping, and the Huntsville Downtown area nightlife! We are long term locals, so if you have the urge to go, do, and eat, we have the recommendation for you! We are in close proximity to every convenience you could need, including 24-hour pharmacies, grocery stores, hardware stores, and more! This location CAN NOT BE BEAT! Guests have access to a large private lot with ample parking in the driveway and around the back of the house. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE. It has been broken twice now, so we are unable to accommodate this space. There is comfortable and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces. This is a private property on a cute and quiet stretch of road. We will interact primarily through the app, but please never hesitate to call me if you need immediate help. Cute and friendly neighborhood set on a quiet street, within walking or driving distance to everything you could ever hope for! The neighborhood is walkable to several places to eat and play, but also quick access to all surrounding areas such as Madison, Downtown Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, etc etc etc. We supply one roll of toilet paper in all bathrooms as well as one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Once depleted, guests will be responsible for replenishing. Absolutely NO parties and NO smoking will be permitted. We do permit small social gatherings and events such as bridal parties, baby showers, etc as long as the number of people is not too great. Please private message me for authorization. Breaking these rules will result in an extra cleaning fee of $50. It will be the guests' responsibility to cover damages. We do have cameras present, so you will be caught if you break these rules. We are also hesitant to host local guests. This rule protects the property from wild house parties or what could turn into illegal activity.
