Outdoor shower to clean off sand from the beach which is approximately a 5-minute walk to the end of the street! FMB STR#19-0355 Hurricane Ian did not severely damage this home. It has been renovated and updated and it is better than ever! Located in a great neighborhood it's just a short walk from some of the restored restaurants and food trucks that are temporarily placed on properties being restored. There are more and more businesses opening up each day. The restaurants are coming back plus Margaritaville Resort is open and offers some choices for eating and drinking. Currently, there are lots of renovations still occurring. Different businesses have already opened and more are opening every day. The island will be better than it ever was! Or use the trolley with service very near by. This home was not greatly damaged by Hurricane Ian and is in better condition now than it was before it hit!
