The first floor holds a half bath, the new kitchen, living room, and laundry room, containing desk space. The second floor holds 3 generous bedrooms and a full bath. NO Smoking. If our cleaning crew discovers evidence of smoking inside our unit, a $500 fee will be applied. Guest access The Fergus has a private driveway the easily parks 2 vehicles and there is free street parking in front. The front door has access by a Yale digital lock; an access code will be sent to you the morning of arrival.
