We usually stop by Walmart before coming up the mountain. ★BEDROOMS★ You will have ample space for your family or group to spread out as there are 5 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a Queen sized bed. The Master bedroom not only has its own walk out balcony but also a Makeup Vanity / Desk area and room for a pack n play or small inflatable mattress if needed. The next 2 bedrooms are located in the middle level and both have a Full sized bed. These 2 rooms are a bit cozy but still perfect for couples! And last the bottom level connected to the Game room is the Trundle bed with a twin on top and twin on bottom perfect for the kids or 2 adults needing their own space. This bedroom is located with the game room on its own bottom floor and with its own bathroom but doesn’t have a door separating it from the game room. From this bottom floor you can step out onto the bottom porch that leads to the hot tub and a seating area with the grill. The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. ★BATHROOMS★ Each level of the cabin has its own full sized bathroom. The top and middle levels have a shower/tub combo while the bottom level has a walk in shower. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please remember to bring other toiletries and enough extra supplies for your stay! ★KITCHEN/DINING ROOM★ The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need for making meals for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, can opener, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. There’s lots of counter space with seating available for 3 at the kitchen countertop. The dining room table also has room for 6. ★GAME ROOM★ Located on the lower floor you'll find the game room with a Foosball Table & Ping Pong Table & an Arcade Game System (Mortal Combat). It's connected to the 5th bedroom, has its own bathroom, and also has a door going out to the lower deck where the Hot tub is available and a seating area with the charcoal grill. ★OUTSIDE SPACE★ You will love the ability to walk out on the decks each morning with your cup of coffee. The cabin is situated in the woods but the beautiful mountains are still visible just beyond the trees especially in the fall and winter months. Sit in one of the many rocking chairs to relax each day, enjoy cooking up lunch or dinner on the charcoal grill (make sure to bring your own charcoal), and eating out on the picnic table. The Hot tub is located right off the lower deck. Watch as the Ober Gatlinburg Tram rides right over the cabin! Located in the Chalet Village Resort community of Gatlinburg, TN. The community pools open in the summer *Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day* and you are welcome to spend the day cooling off and enjoying a swim with the kids! Brand New Pickle Ball courts were just installed at the North Clubhouse. We also have tennis courts, game rooms, and a gym available at the club houses. You’ll have full access with our guest passes we provide for FREE. Exploring the area is an easy quick drive whether you want to spend time downtown walking the strip or in the beautiful national forest! Pro Tip: Drive to Ober Gatlinburg (a short 2 minute drive) park and take tram down to the strip if you'd like to skip traffic! ;) Travel Insurance is highly recommended in the months of December, January, and February as ice and snow are not uncommon. We also recommend a vehicle with 4 wheel drive during these months and to stay weather alert as to what conditions you'll be driving into when coming in. No refunds will be given because of weather related issues. Host assumes no responsibility for icy/slippery outside surfaces including porches, stairs, decks, or driveway. Guest access The day before your arrival we will message you with self-checkin details. There is room for 3-4 vehicles to park within our driveway. We share a driveway with another cabin so it can be a tight fit for more than 3 cars. No room for RVs/Campers to park and they will not be permitted. You'll need to make arrangements if you're bringing or traveling in one to park it elsewhere. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: - Accessibility to the home requires a decent climb up & down several stairs. See the photos for more details. Please consider before booking. - There are a lot of Black Bears in the Smokies. You may encounter them on the property and is very normal in the area. -We share a driveway with another cabin. There is room for about 3 cars in our portion or the driveway and another car can fit on the portion connecting to the neighbors. There is no room for RVs/Campers to park. Please plan accordingly for the parking. -The cabin is located in a very wooded area and therefore will have leaves on the decks. This is normal for a cabin in the woods and should be expected. *The hot tub can take up to 6-12 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival and need time to reach the appropriate temps. ☀ Smoking inside or on the decks is NOT permitted. ☀ Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. ☀ Pets are allowed at this property (limit 2) but must be disclosed and pet fee must be paid at time of booking. ☀ No 3rd party bookings. The person booking the reservation MUST be staying at the cabin. We do not allow you to book for someone else to stay. Breaking this rule will be cause for immediate cancellation. ☀All garbage MUST be stowed in the outdoor metal garbage bin so bears and other animals can not access it and make a mess. While we have a pest control company that services our cabin, there still will be the opportunity for pests to be on the property as this is a wooded area. Please notify us immediately if any issues should arise. SECURITY CAMERAS We are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. Audio video Cameras (Ring) view the driveway and front door area & are exterior facing only. It is capable of recording and/or sending video, audio, and/or still images.
