Our townhome is iin the Brooklyn neighborhood, with a neighborhood organic deli and a great Mexican restaurant just 2 1/2 blocks away. Food carts and Pok Pok are nearby, as well as the Aladin Theater, a Portland landmark, and the Brooklyn park with kids play structures. A short drive or bus ride will take you to the Sellwood/Westmoreland, or Clinton/Division neighborhoods with their own great eateries. While a car is optional, there is plenty of free parking in our neighborhood. Although to go downtown, it is easy to take public transit and avoid parking hassles. There is a bus stop about 2 1/2 blocks away on Milwaukie Ave. and the MAX train station is about a 5-7 minute walk. Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet time is 9 pm to 8 am.
