The Magic Treasure – an affordably luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath first-floor condo in the family-friendly Bahama Bay resort, known for its cleanliness and thematic allure. A short drive from Disney parks, the master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the Pirates of the Caribbean themed bedroom or the Finding Nemo themed bedroom. Resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, a sandy beach, splash pad, game room, day spa, tiki bar, restaurant, and sundry shop. The three bedrooms are well furnished. The condo includes a Caribbean themed master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a Pirates of the Caribbean themed bedroom with two twin beds and a Finding Nemo / Finding Dory themed bedroom with two twin beds. Guests have flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and in the living room. All TVs are smart TVs (Roku enabled) and have the ability for you to sign into your own streaming service like Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu. This spacious property (1,232 square feet) has a comfortable living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (including both automatic drip and Keurig K-Cup coffee machines for your morning coffee). The twin balconies provide seating overlooking a private pond. Community amenities include: multiple pools/hot tubs, a sandy beach, a splash pad, a Tiki bar, a tennis / pickleball / basketball court, a sand volleyball court, playground, a game room, a sundry shop, a day spa, and a full service on-site restaurant. Key Amenities at Bahama Bay Resort: *Clubhouse – only a 1 minute walk from our condo *Pool areas – there are 4 different pools at Bahama Bay Resort *Mambos bar – located at the Clubhouse, they also offer poolside service *Tradewinds restaurant and bar – you will find the recently renovated and extended bar and restaurant just a short walk from our condo. They also offer poolside service! *Beach area – with sun loungers, hammocks and more *Kiddy splash pad – just across from our condo, this is an amazing fun area for kids, and we’ve also seen plenty of adults enjoy it too! *Kids playground – with slide, jungle gym, swings *Beach volleyball court – also next to the Tradewinds restaurant and pool area *Cenote Spa – located in the Clubhouse, also offering lots of treatments *Picnic areas – there are now several picnic areas, with tables and also BBQ grills for you to enjoy *Tennis/Pickleball and Basketball court – very close to our condo, next to the Clubhouse and the kids splash pad *Shuffleboard court – next to the Clubhouse *Table tennis on the beach – next to Tradewinds restaurant *Fishing dock – with a beautiful outlook over Old Davenport Lake (fishing license required to fish) *Marketplace – small grocery store on site, located inside the Clubhouse *Walking trails – there are numerous nature walking trails through the immaculate grounds at Bahama Bay Resort *Game room – located by Tradewinds restaurant, with fun games to entertain the kids Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay and can use many resort facilities (no resort fee!) Our short term rental guests are not able to utilize the on-site gym at this time. Please note that we provide starter essentials for our guests (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc.). Guests will need to procure their own supplies after the starter essentials run out, especially for longer stays. Property manager, Julian, can handle any issues and, oftentimes, special requests.
